The Monroe Chair

Striking elegance, simplicity in idea, comfortable, designed with sustainability in mind. The Monroe Chair is an attempt to drastically simplify the manufacturing process involved in making an armchair. It exploits the potential of CNC technologies to repeatedly cut out a flat element from MDF, these elements are then splayed around a central axis to shape a complexly curved armchair. The back leg gradually morphs into the backrest and the armrest into the front leg, creating a distinct aesthetic entirely defined by the simplicity of the manufacturing process.

Deco

One cupboard hanged over another. Very unique design, which allow the furniture not to fill the space, as the boxes are not standing on the floor, but suspended. It is very convenient for use, as the boxes were divided by the groups and by this way it will be very convenient for the user. The colour variation of the materials is available.

Musketeers

Hermanas

Hermanas is a family of wooden candleholders. They are like five sisters (hermanas) ready to help you create a cozy atmosphere. Each candleholder has a unique height, so that combining them together you will be able to simulate the lighting effect of different size candles by simply using standard tealights. These candleholders are made of turned beech. They are painted in different colors allowing you to create your own combination to fit in your favorite place.

Nest is a sofisticated and distinguished outdoor lounge chair that embraces you as a mother’s lap. The assimetric aesthetics, generates a new shape in every side that we look and allows a much more pleasant use, with a dynamic exclusive visualization. The whole tridimensional prototype was developed inside a graphic design software. Mathematical functions allows to create random curves easily with beauty.

Centopéia

Inspired by the nature, the Centopéia Bench/Table ( Centipede in english) was designed to imitate the real life with the idea of a moving insect. We found inspiration in an animal typical from our Brazilian tropical forest. The Centipede, as such an exotic animal, was perfect for what we were looking for, creating a funny object.
