In the design of this library, Persian architecture and its identity which is based on symmetry and geometric elements has been used. The design is also inspired of Orsi windows form and function, and hence made the feelings of order and endurance in the space of house by mixing tradition and modernity.
Continue readingXian SKP is the renovation of the former provincial Cultural Center of Shaanxi into an iconic shopping center located at the Yongning gate of Xian, starting point of the ancient Silk Road. For this client, it's a new start where the architect and interior designers created lines and curves that reflect the identity of the client and spread around and within the 19 storey 164,779 m2 tower A and 6 storey 72,268 m2 tower B. Lighting welcomes guests to experience both a focus on the retail products and a revelation of all the key elements that makes this building unique.
Continue readingThe Binhi (‘seed’ in Filipino) Collection is faithful to the core of it’s namesake - growth. With small seaters hosting crawling greens, medium-sized seaters supporting growing trees, and large pieces seating multiple persons, the collection fosters human relationships while keeping the conversation within the comforting presence of nature. With the intermingling of humans with humans and humans with nature, it is in this manner that the individual truly allows themselves the freedom to grow.
Continue readingUNU is a modular shelf and wardrobe system. Two lengths, three heights and two depths, further the shelves can be mounted upside down extending the height options three times. Shelves can be mixed and matched to sculpture a wall of shelves, not only up-down and sideways direction but also in-out from the wall, and the wardrobe items can also be integrated. The wall bracket allows cabling from lamps, stereo, tv and more to be hidden behind the shelves. Several add-on items are available such as book supports, hangers, mirrors, trays, tables and more.
Continue readingThe Pudica Chair is an artefact that seeks syncretism between the rationalist style of the early twentieth century and the Brazilian colonial experience, embodied in the severity and economy of its forms and in the rise of a possible transcendence. Containment of an excess that poses as a brand, the piece takes up “Brazilian” inheritances in the form of a contemporary displacement. Apart from motivation, due to its characteristic design, Pudica Chair can be stacked.
Continue readingWe have combined gas-discharge indicators and advanced technologies in order to create an unusual and upmarket VacuumGlow clock. They were based on the rare lamps. The last production took place in the 1970th and was finally stopped. The unique lamps compliment naturally a casual modern housing. The clock housing is simple and laconic. The finishing touch to the image is a specially processed glass panel which provides a warm and delicate light balancing the solid case. The precise internal design is reflected in the exterior of the clocks.
