Continue readingEinstein Bridge: Lighting Design Concept. The bridge serves as a link between two parts of a neighborhood in the north of Tel Aviv, close to the shore. Taking inspiration from the sea, the curves and height differences along the bridge are accentuated by linear lighting. The design also includes lighting sculptures of sea creatures, shadows in the form of anchors and whale tails, and colored light that brings the sea even closer to the users. This playful narrative is all the more fitting as the bridge is located in close proximity to a school.
Continue readingHis stunning new clock designs for Lemnos are, as the collection title suggests, "Carved". Subtle, yet immediately noticeable, the numbers on these clocks are carved indents cut so close to the edge of the faces that the top of them are actually chopped off. The shadows of the carved-out letters bring a three-dimensional impression to the clock face, with its appearance changing in accordance with lights located in its immediate area. The idea was inspired by materials used for interior decoration and technical conversion.

This armchair has double function. It can be used either for sitting or resting. Depending on your needs you can choose one of the two position. The upper bar is rotatable and can be used to attach electronic devices.
Continue readingThe lines in this hand tufted rugs are stitched with a thread made of banana fiber. Stitching gives the rug another dimension and adds more depth to the design. The designer did choose to use the square and the triangel in combination to find the desired form. For the aqua colored rug 100% bamboo fiber is used.The mustard colored rug is tufted with NZ wool and with some added bamboo fiber for extra shine and softness.
