Paq

Utilising space at home is made easy. 'Paq' saves space and time: it transforms from armchair to bed with just one zipper move. It’s as simple as it can be: just pull the zipper and your chair transforms into a bed. It has a built in storage unit for your beddings. Zip again, and you have an armchair! Maform experienced with paper folding to solve the problem of small multi-purpose spaces. By folding a cylinder from a rectangle and pushing one side in, it looked like a chair. The idea was found: scaled up, this is the simplest solution for a chair bed.

This is an arcade-styled video game console to play vintage video games from the 80's and 90's, and it is dedicated to adults who grew up with those video games in their childhood. However, having a normal video game console could ruin the ambience of your sophisticated living room. Here is a solution. This is not just a game console, but it transforms to a stylish modern coffee table when it is not played.

Sun Tile

The Tile Lighting Concept is born from a Portuguese traditional element, the tile. Inspired by an 19th century tile facade building with bidimensional circular graphics, gave rise to a tridimensional interpretation of anthropomorphic character, through a smooth spherical surface. Tower, Horizon and Level models are designed as interior lighting elements, in vertical position, suspension or fixed to the wall. Inside, the latest led technology equiped with dimmer and optional control via Bluetooth, allows a strict control of the light source making possible to adapt to any environment.

Etabu

Etabu is a set of 3 stools that create the feeling of not being in balance when they are stacked. The stools evoke the simplicity and practicality of accommodation with engineering calculations to maintain the balance. The materials used such as plastic and wood, create the perfect combination to avoid friction that may harm the stools. Etabu was designed for reduced spaces maintaining a simple manufacture and an accessible cost to the client. Etabu pretends to use surprise as one of the ways to open people´s minds, increasing unconsciously their creativity.

Mesh

Mesh is a lampshade that let’s the end-user giving it the final shape. This will give the lampshade a personal touch for the end-user, making every lampshade unique. As for shipment of Mesh it comes only 0,5mm thick and 300mm in diameter, which makes a perfect flat package. It can then expand from 0,5mm toa round 15cm in height. The end-user can also attach two Mesh together to form a top and bottom part, a system to fasten the parts together is already integrated in the product and no further tools or products is needed.

World Garden

The design was based on the realization that urbanization is limiting the ability for people to take control of their own food. We decided to create a product that would help people grow fresh greens regardless of where they live in the world. The World Garden is both aesthetic and functional and can fit as well in a high-end living room as on a balcony.
