Electron

Reflecting the image and nature of its namesake, the Electron wall sconce represents the circular path of an electron around the nucleus of an atom. The aesthetic is minimalistic, while masking a highly innovative creation below the surface. Made with aluminum and acrylic, the Electron's efficient engineering hides all fasteners and wiring, and maintains the ring's suspended independence without compromising beauty or functionality. Only here and there the sun's rays flicker through the branches of the trees.

Lightscape

Inspired by traditional Chinese lanterns, Lightscape combines CNC fabrication with local materials in the form of a lightweight, luminous pavilion. Each of the pavilion’s ten columns is composed of crisscrossing bamboo dowels; in the four central columns, the dowels unfold into a 2.4-meter-high canopy. Ensconced within each column is a lamp that illuminates the bamboo lattice from within, creating a soft, delicate atmosphere in the evening. Located at Marina Bay, Singapore, the pavilion echoes both the vertical grandeur of the skyscrapers behind it and the undulations of the bay before it.
