1. Your Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

Design What Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Design What, available at https://designwhat.net, and of all pages, features, tools and content of designwhat.net. By accessing or using Design What, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by Design What Terms and Conditions, the Design What Privacy Policy and the Design What Cookies Policy. Please continue to use Design What only if you agree. The publisher of Design What is identified in the Design What Impressum.

2. Content Is for Entertainment and Information Only

Design What publishes features about furniture and lighting and more. Everything published on Design What, including articles, descriptions, images, rankings, daily features, quotes, links and advertisements, is provided for entertainment, educational and general information purposes only. For professional, legal, financial, purchasing, investment, design, installation or home safety advice, please consult a qualified professional, because content on Design What is general information and carries no offer, endorsement, recommendation, warranty or guarantee of any product, service, person or company. Design What is an independent editorial publication, so to purchase featured furniture and lighting designs, products or projects, please contact the respective designers, brands or rights holders. You alone are responsible for any decision or action you take on the basis of content published on Design What.

3. Provided As Is, Where Is and As Available

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Design What and all content published on designwhat.net are provided on an AS IS, WHERE IS and AS AVAILABLE basis, with all faults, and without warranties or representations of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty that designwhat.net will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Design What does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or reliability of information supplied by designers, brands, advertisers or other third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and regulations, Design What, the publisher of Design What and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Design What shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, reputation or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the access to or use of, or the inability to use, Design What, or reliance on any content published on designwhat.net, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in Design What Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any form of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

5. Full Indemnity

You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Design What, the publisher of Design What and the owners, operators, editors, contributors, licensors, partners, sponsors, advertisers, affiliates and service providers of Design What from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and attorney fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of Design What, (b) your breach of Design What Terms and Conditions, (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights, and (d) any information you provide through Design What or to the third-party services reached through Design What. The obligation to indemnify survives any end, suspension or termination of your use of Design What.

6. Intellectual Property

Featured works. The furniture and lighting designs, products, projects, photographs, renderings, descriptions, names, logos and trademarks featured on Design What belong to the original creators, designers, brands and license holders of each work, who keep all rights to their intellectual properties and related rights. Each work is shown on Design What for editorial or entertainment purposes, and the presentation of a work on Design What leaves every single right with the respective owners.

Original materials of Design What. Except for third-party works, the original texts, the selection and arrangement of content and the layout of Design What are protected by copyright and are © 2008 – 2026 Design What. You are welcome to read Design What and to share links to pages of designwhat.net for personal, non-commercial and lawful purposes. Please obtain prior written permission from the publisher of Design What, and from the relevant rights holders for featured works, before copying, reproducing, scraping, harvesting, mirroring, framing, republishing, redistributing, selling or otherwise exploiting content of designwhat.net, except where the law expressly allows.

Notice to rights holders. If you are a creator or rights holder and believe that a feature on Design What infringes an intellectual property right, or gives incorrect credit, you can send a notice through the Design What Contact page, indicating the address of the page, identifying the work and your rights in the work, and providing a way to reach you. Design What reviews every notice promptly and carefully and, where appropriate, corrects or removes the content.

7. Third-Party Websites, Services and Advertising

Design What contains links to, and content from, third parties, including the A' Design Award & Competition, Designers.org, the Design Encyclopedia and other partner and affiliated websites. Third-party websites are operated independently of Design What, so their content, availability, terms and privacy practices remain the responsibility of the respective third party. You access third-party websites at your own risk and subject to the terms of the respective third party.

Advertising shown on Design What is delivered by Massive Outreach Ads Network, the advertising solution provider of Design What. Advertisements are supplied by third parties, and each advertised product, service or advertiser remains solely the responsibility of the respective advertiser. Any dealings between you and an advertiser are solely between you and that advertiser.

8. Forms and Forwarding to Third-Party Services

Some features of Design What, such as the Design What Submit Design page, the Design What Newsletter page and the Design What Encyclopedia page, work in two steps. You provide a few details on designwhat.net and may then be forwarded to a partner service that carries out the actual service. The partner service, and not Design What, is responsible for processing your information and for everything that happens after the forwarding, under the terms and the privacy policy of that service. You agree to provide accurate information and to enter only information that belongs to you or that you are authorized to share.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Design What for lawful purposes, to access designwhat.net through ordinary browsing and search engine indexing rather than through robots, crawlers, scrapers or other automated means, to respect the security and availability of designwhat.net, its servers and its networks, to provide truthful information through the forms of Design What, and to keep every credit, copyright, trademark and other notice intact.

10. Availability and Changes

The publisher of Design What may change, suspend or discontinue Design What, or any content or feature of Design What, at any time, for any reason and without notice or liability. Design What Terms and Conditions may also be updated from time to time, and the date shown at the bottom of this page indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of Design What after a revision means that you accept the revised Design What Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

Design What Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with Design What, are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the publisher of Design What identified in the Design What Impressum, without regard to conflict of law rules and principles, and the competent courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of Design What Terms and Conditions is found invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Any delay in enforcing any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. Design What Terms and Conditions, together with the Design What Privacy Policy and the Design What Cookies Policy, form the entire agreement regarding the use of Design What.
